VFH is the animal’s animal rescue organization. We respect and represent an animal’s right to a deserving, quality life and are very passionate about ensuring the best treatment and well-being of every animal in our care. Every dog or cat that VFH takes in will be well-socialized, receive plenty of fresh air and exercise, have all vaccinations, and necessary medical care. Potential adopters will be screened thoroughly before placement and we will follow-up over the next several months to assure the dog or cat is being well cared for.
It is VFH’s mission to make a difference in the lives of as many animals as possible by helping them to escape hunger, homelessness, illness, abuse, neglect, and our local high-kill animal control facility. We rely on your donations and support to prepare dogs and cats for adoption by providing them with the appropriate shots, worming, vet and medical care, assistance in spaying/neutering, house-training, socialization, and other necessary needs. We are desperate to get these needy and deserving animals into safe and loving homes. Transport is always available for qualified adopters living outside of our immediate area.
